Changes to Customer Billing

As an existing customer, the best news is that you can now choose your billing cycle by:

• setting up a Monthly Direct Debit to automatically split out your annual Licence Fee across twelve (12) separate payments, continuing for each subsequent Licence Year that your OneMusic music licence is in place; or
• choose an Annual Direct Debit payment, to pay your Annual Fees automatically for each Licence Year that your OneMusic music licence is in place, with the 5% prompt payment discount automatically applied when the Direct Debit is processed.

Other important changes to look out for include:

• Our email addresses have changed so please update your contact list with these new addresses to ensure our messages don’t end up in your spam folder. 
  - General emails will now come from [email protected]
  - Invoices will be sent from [email protected]
  - Reminders will be sent from [email protected]
• Your OneMusic Account Number will change. Please refer to our email "Important OneMusic Updates" which details your new account number.
• Your OneMusic invoice will have a new look and OneMusic’s bank account suffix number has changed. Please check your invoice to ensure you have the correct bank details.
• Our billing cycle is different.
  If you activate a Monthly Direct Debit, you will receive your first monthly invoice on the date your account rolls over and your payment will be automatically deducted within 10 days of your anniversary date.
  If you activate an Annual Direct Debit, you will receive your first annual invoice, and your payment will be automatically deducted within 10 days of signing up to the direct debit. 
  If you don't activate direct debit before your rollover date, you will be issued an annual invoice on your anniversary date subject to our standard 30-day payment terms.
• We’ve changed our payment terms from 14 Days to 30 Days, extending the 5% prompt payment discount when paying annually.
• Our Terms of Use have also been updated, click here.
• Change to Music Reviews. In the future your invoices will be based on your reported music use for the forward year. This will remain unchanged each year, unless we hear from you. If we find that you are no longer appropriately covered, we may contact you to update your Music Cover based on our reasonable estimate.
• Music Dubbing is now called Digital Delivery. If you previously had Music Dubbing on your invoice, this will now be noted as Digital Delivery. This covers the reproduction and/or temporary storage (caching) of music copied for the purpose of public performance and includes the digital streaming of music from online streaming sources. If you use a streaming service for playing music and don't already have Digital Delivery cover, feel free to let us know.
