•    You don’t play any music covered by OneMusic, or
•    You have other permissions in place

With No Music Licence Required for your business, you understand this refers to:
•    music played in any form—whether through streaming services, radio, TV, or live performances— including telephone Music On Hold, and
•    music created by artists from New Zealand and overseas


OneMusic represents most of the world’s commercially released music and music videos and ensures music creators are paid when their work is used in businesses like yours.
Please note: OneMusic has an obligation to uphold the rights of its members, which may include compliance visits to businesses. This may also include verification of what other permissions you have in place to ensure you are not at risk of copyright infringement.
