COVID-19 discount is on its way

Making things easier for our customers affected by COVID-19.

We’re applying a discount to the accounts of all customers that were closed for any length of time because of COVID-19.

There’s nothing you need to do – we’ll email you in the coming days with more information about the discount.

All accounts whose anniversary fell during the lockdown period were placed on hold and invoices were not generated. If your account anniversary fell over the lockdown period you will soon be receiving an invoice for the coming year, which will include the discount.

We know that getting back up and running can take time, so we’re offering flexible payment plans to all businesses that need them, including the option to pay monthly.

We hope business is starting to return to normal, thanks again for supporting music creators.
